Terms and Conditions
The Long Stay Programme is available for consecutive stays of a minimum of 7 nights and a maximum of 60 nights. Requests exceeding 60 nights are considered case by case and must be approved in writing by hotel management prior to arrival.
Long stay rates are available to both individual guests and corporate accounts. All bookings must be confirmed with a completed application form and a valid payment guarantee.
The hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests in the same room for the full duration of their long stay. However, the hotel reserves the right to relocate a guest to a room of equal or superior category should operational requirements make it necessary. Guests will be given advance notice wherever possible.
Long stay rates are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and are not available through online booking channels. Rates quoted are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. All rates are subject to prevailing government levies and tourism taxes.
Rates are fixed for the confirmed duration of the stay and are not subject to change once a written confirmation has been issued. Extensions to an existing long stay are priced at the rate applicable at the time of the extension request.
Inclusions vary by package as set out above. Meals, spa treatments, laundry beyond the included allowance, telephone calls, mini-bar items and any other ancillary services are charged at the standard rate applicable at the time of use unless explicitly stated as included in the written confirmation.
