Long Stay Rates

Eligibility and Duration

The Long Stay Programme is available for consecutive stays of a minimum of 7 nights and a maximum of 60 nights. Requests exceeding 60 nights are considered case by case and must be approved in writing by hotel management prior to arrival.

Long stay rates are available to both individual guests and corporate accounts. All bookings must be confirmed with a completed application form and a valid payment guarantee.

Room Assignment

The hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests in the same room for the full duration of their long stay. However, the hotel reserves the right to relocate a guest to a room of equal or superior category should operational requirements make it necessary. Guests will be given advance notice wherever possible.

Rates and Pricing

Long stay rates are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and are not available through online booking channels. Rates quoted are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. All rates are subject to prevailing government levies and tourism taxes.

Rates are fixed for the confirmed duration of the stay and are not subject to change once a written confirmation has been issued. Extensions to an existing long stay are priced at the rate applicable at the time of the extension request.

Payment and Invoicing

• Individual guests are required to provide a valid credit card or cash deposit covering the full stay at check-in.
• Corporate accounts with an approved credit facility may settle by invoice on 30-day terms, subject to a signed corporate agreement.
• A non-refundable deposit of two nights' accommodation is required to secure all long stay bookings.
• Outstanding balances must be settled in full at check-out.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the arrival date: the deposit will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is retained.
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before arrival, or early departures: the deposit is non-refundable.
• Early departure: guests who depart before the confirmed end date will be charged at the standard published rate for the nights stayed, with the difference from the long stay rate applied.

Inclusions and Exclusions

Inclusions vary by package as set out above. Meals, spa treatments, laundry beyond the included allowance, telephone calls, mini-bar items and any other ancillary services are charged at the standard rate applicable at the time of use unless explicitly stated as included in the written confirmation.

Conduct and Policies

• Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am. Guests are expected to be considerate of other guests during this period.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. A fee of NGN 100,000 will be charged for any breach of this policy.
• The hotel's standard guest policies, including those regarding visitors, security procedures and the use of communal facilities, apply in full to long stay guests.
• The hotel reserves the right to terminate a long stay arrangement with immediate effect in the event of a material breach of these terms.
